How to make banana chiffon cake

1.Crush the bananas into puree and cut into small pieces.

2. Mix water, salad oil and fine sugar, and beat with a manual egg beater Until the sugar melts.

3.Add egg yolks in portions and beat until completely combined.

4.Add banana puree and mix well.

5.Sift in the low-gluten flour in two batches, mixing each time until no more visible Particles.

12. Preheat the oven at 170℃ and bake the middle and lower layers for 40 minutes.

Choose bananas that are ripe enough to have sesame seeds.
