Red bean filling ( 200g ) | Dumpling wrappers ( Twenty pieces ) |
Water ( a little ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) div> |
How to make red bean pie

1. The red beans were previously soaked to make red bean paste, (you can see my recipe for red bean paste filling )

2.Make red bean paste filling, prepare dumplings, and water

3.Take two dumplings and brush them together with water.

4. Roll it out bigger,

5. Put the red bean paste filling in the middle, and wipe some water around it,

6. Put the other one together again, Compaction,

7.Cut off the corners

8.Make a few cuts in the middle

9. Heat the oil in the pot until it is about 70% hot and fry the red bean pie (add more oil)

10.Dry until golden brown and you can fish it out

11.Let cool Oil,

Tips
When the two skins are put together, they must be compacted, otherwise they will run away when fried.The red bean filling can be made.Check out my other recipe,
