Strawberries (appropriate amount) | Fondant flowers ( 2 pcs ) |

How to make cheese lemon cake

1.Egg yolk➕sugar.Stir evenly.Soak gelatin in water until soft

2. Heat the milk over water and stir the gelatin to completely melt

3.➕Stir the egg yolks over low heat until thick.Stir constantly to prevent the egg yolks from being cooked

4. Remove from heat ➕yoghurt ➕cheese and mix well.Sieve once and let cool

5.Cut the lemon in half, remove the seeds and squeeze in the lemon juice

6. Whip the light cream➕Bailey’s liqueur.Add the sauce in batches and stir evenly

7.Stir evenly and pour into the cup to freeze and solidify.

8.Fill the cup.You can also pour the mold.

9. Cut the strawberries in half and place the cups in a circle

10. Pipe cream in the middle.Sprinkle powdered sugar ➕ Fondant flowers to decorate
