Ingredients
Eggs ( 6 ) | Milk ( 90g ) |
Cream cheese ( 180g ) | Butter ( 42g ) |
Sugar ( 90 grams ) | Lemon juice ( a few drops ) |
| Cake flour ( 36g ) | Corn starch ( 20g ) |
Candied orange peel ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for candied orange peel light cheesecake

1. Add half the sugar to the milk , cream cheese, butter.Heat over water and stir evenly.

2.Add the cheese paste to the egg yolk and stir evenly

3.Add candied orange peel and stir evenly

4. Mix corn starch and flour, sift and mix into the egg yolk paste.

8.Take 1/3 of the egg whites twice and add to the egg yolk batter and mix well

9.Pour back into the egg white basin and mix well

10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, lower level, water bath method.Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes, then at 145 degrees for 35 minutes.Be careful to add water halfway.

11.Tear off the oil paper after cooling slightly, refrigerate and you can eat.It’s delicious even hot!
