.Pour the melted butter into the biscuit crumbs and mix evenly.

.Put the mixed biscuit residue into the mold and compact it.

.The biscuit base is finished and placed in the refrigerator for later use.

6. Heat the cream cheese and milk over water until melted, add gelatine powder and stir to combine.

7. Add the light cream to the sugar and mix until well combined.

.Mix the ingredients in steps 6 and 7 and stir evenly to form a mousse paste (you can add a bottle of rum).

.Take out the biscuit base from the refrigerator, pour the mousse paste into it, shake it a few times, and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

.After 3 hours, take out the mousse cake, sift a layer of cocoa powder, cover it with your favorite printing template, sift in powdered sugar, remove the printing template, and the pattern will appear.

.Use a hair dryer to blow the sides of the mold to separate the cake body from the mold and then demould.

.Enjoy the delicious food!
