Rice ( 1 large bowl ) | Cucumber/seaweed ( 1 root ) |
Assorted diced vegetables ( 1 bowl ) | Chicken breast ( 1 piece ) |
Oil ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Sushi vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make Gunkan Sushi

1.Heat the rice until it is cool to the touch Add the sushi vinegar to the temperature, mix well, put it in a crisper, press it tightly and set aside

2. Dice the chicken, Defrost the diced assorted vegetables, heat the pan with cold oil, add the diced assorted vegetables and chicken to the hot oil and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry and set aside

3. Dip both sides of the knife in olive oil and cut the rice into small pieces.Use a grater to grate the cucumber into thin slices.Roll up the rice (you can also use seaweed)

4.Put the fried chicken and vegetable cubes on the rice
