How to make homemade simple sushi

1. When the rice is steamed and almost dry, mix it with salt and sesame oil.

2. The sushi curtain is laid out.If you want to put it on the plastic wrap, you can put it on it, or not.Personally, I think it’s difficult to add plastic wrap.Don’t ask me how I know.Just put a piece of sushi seaweed and spread a thin layer of rice (I’ve already spread too much)

3. Beat an egg, fry it, and put it on the rice

4. Fry the carrots, fry the cucumbers and ham casually, and put them on the eggs

5.Then start to roll, hold it tight while rolling, don't roll the sushi curtain and plastic wrap too, what it will look like after rolling

6.When cutting, it can be slightly thicker for easier cutting.Apply some cold water on the knife

7.One more, this is my first time doing it, I am quite satisfied with it
Tips
1: Eggs can be cut into strips or spread directly into cakes On the rice
2: You can use only rice, or rice and glutinous rice at a ratio of 3:1, or 1:1, depending on your personal taste
3: When putting rice, place it on the side of the seaweed far away from you Set aside a little, dip some water on the edge of the seaweed, and squeeze it tightly for half a minute until it sticks firmly
4: If you have sushi vinegar, just mix the rice with sushi vinegar. If you don't have it, you can use my simple method
