Egg white ( 80g ) | Powdered sugar ( 30g ) |
Honey ( 30g ) | Olive oil ( 30g ) |
Peanut powder ( 200g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 30g ) |
How to make peanut brittle
1.Prepare ingredients

2.Add powdered sugar and honey to egg whites , stir evenly with egg beater.Pour in the olive oil and continue to stir.

3.Pour in the peanut powder and mix well with a spatula

5.Use a spoon to scoop out a piece of any size.Press into a 2mm thick cake.Press a few peanut kernels on the surface for decoration.

6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.Bake for about 20 minutes until the surface is brown.After cooling, seal and store.

4.Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well
Tips
It will be a little sticky when you use a spoon to shape it.If you don't know how to handle it, you can freeze the dough for half an hour until it is no longer sticky, and then shape it directly with your hands.For peanut powder, I bought roasted peanuts and ground them in a food processor.
