How to make pancakes

1. Stir the ingredients evenly , knead the dough with warm water and stir it into a flocculent form.The dough should be soft but not sticky.

2.Knead the dough until it is smooth and place it in a warm place to rise (put the dough in a basin and cover it with plastic wrap or a plastic bag to prevent the dough from losing moisture).When the inside of the dough is peeled off and formed into a honeycomb shape, the dough is ready.It will take about 30 minutes

3.Knead the dough with a little cooking oil and let it rise for about 10 minutes
