How to make mussels and zucchini pancakes
1.Prepare ingredients

2.Put the eggs, salt , mix with flour and water to form a paste.Cut the zucchini, ham sausage, and other ingredients into pieces and add them to the batter and mix evenly.

3.Pour a little cooking oil into the pot, scoop out a spoonful of batter and spread it out.Fry until both sides are golden brown.

4. Fry and serve on a plate with chili sauce.
Tips
