How to make fried hash browns

1.Cut potatoes and radishes into shreds, blanch them in boiling water to remove the raw taste

2.Get everything ready

3. Blanch the shredded potatoes , cut the carrots into shreds, chop them into small pieces, put some flour, an egg, some salt, and mix the chopped green onions until it is thicker than the batter

4.Put on the old-fashioned baking pan.You can also use a pan and brush a layer of oil on it
