How to make rice potato cakes

1. Wash, peel and cut potatoes into pieces, green peppers, carrots, and ham sausages Dice the onion partially into dices and partially into rings.

2. Steam the potato pieces in a steamer, and press the steamed potatoes into puree

3. Dip a thin layer of cornstarch into the onion rings and set aside
