Ingredients

How to make pizza

1.First make the pizza crust.Mix all the ingredients for making pizza crust.It will be sticky at first, but the more you knead it, the less sticky it will become.Cover the pot with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment until doubled in size.

2.Homemade tomato sauce.Peel the tomatoes and chop into small pieces.Chop the garlic cloves and 30g of onions into small pieces.

3. Heat the pot and pour in 10g of corn oil.First add onions and garlic cloves and saute until fragrant, then add chopped tomatoes and stir-fry continuously.After the water in the tomatoes is fried, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and appropriate amount of pepper.Stir continuously until the water is dried out and the mixture turns deep red in color.Remove from the pan.

4.Make pizza filling.Scrape the corn kernels off the corn cob, chop the onion, put an appropriate amount of corn oil in a hot pan, first add the onion and stir-fry, then add the corn kernels (you can also add an appropriate amount of garlic powder) and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of salt ( I added 1/2 tsp, but it can be less), stir-fry over medium-low heat until the onions change color and the mixture does not have too much water.Set aside.Soak clam meat in water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside.(In the picture below: mozzarella cheese, clam meat, fried tomato sauce, fried onions and corn)

5.Crush the mozzarella cheese.I chopped it directly with a knife.

6.After the dough has fermented, take it out and knead it to release the air.The dough will return to its original size.Let rise for 15 minutes in between.Spread some dry flour on the cutting board to prevent sticking, then roll the dough into a round shape.Grease a pizza pan with some corn oil.Spread the dough on the pizza stone, neatening the edges.Use a fork to prick some holes in the dough.

7. Apply homemade ketchup first (you can use all the homemade ketchup).

8.Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese (spread in 3-4 times).Then put on the clam meat.

9.Sprinkle another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.Then add fried onions and corn.I used more corn and onions, but you can use less and less.

10.Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top.The upper and lower tubes of the oven are 210 degrees and preheated.Place in the pizza pan and bake for 10-15 minutes (according to the actual adjustment of your own oven, I used 15 minutes, the pie part was crispy).

11.It’s baked.
