Potatoes: Reduce swelling
Ingredients
Potatoes (2 pieces) | Salt (as appropriate ) |
Flour ( Two tablespoons ) | Ham ( Half ) |
Carrot ( Half ) |
How to make mashed potato pancakes

1.Wash the potatoes, slice them into slices and steam them in a steamer for 20 minutes.

2.Cut the carrots and ham into cubes and set aside

3.Make the steamed potatoes into puree and set aside

4. Add flour, diced carrots, diced ham and salt to the mashed potatoes and stir evenly

5.Knead the mashed potatoes into a ball.Heat the oil in a pan, add the dough and press it into cakes with a wooden spatula.Fry over low heat until golden brown

6.It’s ready right out of the pan

I made three flavors: original, green pepper, green onion and scallion.It has the taste of scallion cake.It depends on personal preference.I like the fragrant and slightly sweet potato with green pepper the best.Cake!
The carrots need to be cut into small dices.If they are large, they can be steamed a little like potatoes without being fully cooked
