How to make pork and green onion pie

1. Prepare the meat filling in advance.

2. Blanch 200 grams of flour with 150 grams of boiling water and stir with chopsticks while scalding.

3. Stir into cotton wool and allow to warm.

4.Add 200 grams of flour and 50 grams of warm water and stir evenly.

5.Knead the dough and let it rest for half an hour.

6. Knead the dough for a few minutes, divide it into small doughs of similar size, and flatten them.

7. Roll out the dough into a thin and even thickness.

8. Take an appropriate amount of meat filling and place it on the dough, leaving some space at the edge.

9. Cover with a piece of dough and pinch the edges tightly.

10. Knead out the lace (refer to my lace dumpling recipe for how to knead the lace).

11. Wrap everything up for later use.

12.Preheat the electric baking pan, heat the oil, and put in a raw pie Blank, ironed.

13. Flip one side until golden brown and continue to cook.

14.Bring it to a plate and cover it with a lid.

Tips
1.The fillings in the pie can be changed at will.
2.The dough should be thin and even, not thick in the middle and thin on the edges.
3.When placing the meat filling on the dough, be careful not to stick the filling on the edges to avoid being unable to wrap it and exposing the filling when pancakes are pancaked.
