Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Red date paste ( appropriate amount ) | Low-gluten flour ( 80 Gram ) |
Milk ( 80ml ) | White sugar ( 10 grams ) |

Teaching how to make milky red date sauce waffles

10.Keep beating until small sharp hooks appear when you lift the egg beater

11.Pour half of the meringue into the egg yolk batter and mix evenly (remember not to use circular motions)

12. Then add the remaining half of the meringue into the egg yolk paste and mix evenly

13.There is no need to brush oil in the non-stick pan, use a spoon to pour the batter into it

14.After everything is fluid, fry over low heat until the surface solidifies

15.Turn over and fry for another two minutes
