How to make mung bean cake

1.This is the remaining mung bean residue (can be said to be mung bean puree) just after filtering )

2.Add a spoonful of sugar while hot and mix well

3.Slowly add glutinous rice flour

4. Stir evenly, if it feels like it cannot form, add some glutinous rice flour

5.Knead Form into dough

6. Divide into 3 equal balls (it is recommended to use an electronic scale, each 50 grams of dough)

7.Press the dough flat again

8. Add cold oil to the hot pan (this is a three-hole pan specially used for making cakes, but a pan will also work)

10.After a while, use a shovel to turn it over

Tips
The freshly filtered mung bean dregs are very hot, so you need to let them dry for a while before adding the glutinous rice flour.Try not to add water to this dough to ensure the original flavor of the mung bean cake, so the glutinous rice flour should be added slowly until it feels like it can be formed.
