Pumpkin: Reduce swelling
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 500g ) | Chengfen ( 200g span> ) |
Glutinous rice flour ( 500g ) | Flour ( 150g ) |
Bean Paste Filling ( 150g ) | White sugar ( 40 grams ) |
How to make cute pumpkin cake

1.Cut the pumpkin into cubes and steam until cooked.

2. Use a spoon to press the steamed pumpkin into puree, add sugar and stir evenly.

3.Pour all the powder into the pumpkin puree, stir and form a dough.

4. Divide the dough into small pieces, roll it into a round shape, press it flat, and wrap it with bean paste filling , seal and then knead into a smooth small dough.Use a thin spoon to make four diagonal lines.

5.Use chopsticks to make a hole in the middle and put raisins on the hole.

6. Make each pumpkin cake in order and dip it in oil in a small bowl.Prevent sticking to the steamer tray.

7.Put it into a steamer and steam for 6 minutes after the water boils.

8.The cute little pumpkin is out of the pot.It will be more chewy when eaten cold!
