Ingredients
Eggs ( 2 ) | Four ( 100g ) |
Cool boiled water ( 80ml ) | Chives ( 3 roots ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Freshly ground black peppercorns ( a little ) |
How to make chive and egg pancakes

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the chives, flour, salt, eggs and black pepper

2.Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt (one of the double yolk eggs)

3.Freshly grind a little black pepper and add it to the eggs

4. Then add the chopped chives

5.After breaking up, add a little cold boiled water

6.Pour in flour

7. Stir evenly without particles

8.Then pour the egg batter into the preheated pan or (electric baking pan)

9. Fry over low heat until both sides are lightly browned.

10. Then cut into pieces and serve hot

The amount of ingredients should be added according to the population of the family.Be careful not to use water.If you put too much, add an appropriate amount, add flour and mix until it becomes a paste.Always check the pan or electric baking pan to ensure that it is not burnt.
