Tips
1.During the frying process, if the fire is too high, it may become mushy, so I use a medium to small fire, and I have to monitor and adjust the fire at any time; 2.When stirring the batter, it should not be too thin, otherwise it will be difficult to turn over. It's just right if it can be hung on chopsticks, and the pancakes are soft and thin when spread out.
