How to make egg pancakes

1. Rinse the eggs under the faucet, break them into a basin, break them up with chopsticks, then add the flour and mix carefully.Stir for a while until the little dough lumps are no longer visible.

Tips
There is no need to add milk powder; if you like sweet food, you can replace the salt with sugar; it is the last word to make it fresh and eat it now.This amount is a staple breakfast for my daughter and I.If dad eats it too, it won’t be enough.
