    1. Wash the green onions and cut them into small sections.Add the oil to a pan and fry over low heat until the green onions are almost brown.Pour the oil into a small bowl and let cool (remove the green onions).

    2. Knead the dough: 200g flour + 100g water + 4g salt to form a smooth dough , cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

    3. Divide the dough into two and roll one of them into a thin dough.

    4. Spread the cooled scallion oil evenly on the dough (spread more) , then roll up the dough from one end into a round bar, then roll it from one end of the round bar and pull it while rolling to make it more tightly rolled.(Both doughs are rolled up)

    5.Use a rolling pin to roll them all into Bake the pancake over low heat.

Tips

1.Apply more scallion oil so that it can be easily torn apart after roasting.
2.Do not change the proportion of flour and water at will.
