How to make pumpkin pie

1.Pumpkin slices are thinner and easier to cook

2.Add flour, glutinous rice powder and sugar to form a dough of moderate hardness

3.Make the pancake into the size shown in Figure 3 and fry it on both sides in a pan until golden.

4. You can also knead it into glutinous rice balls and put them in the refrigerator to freeze before eating, then take them out and fry them!

Tips
The dough should not be hard.If you feel sticky, you can put some oil on your hands.It's ok.I do it more.
