Pumpkin: Reduce swelling
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 250g ) | Sugar ( 3 tsp span> ) |
Glutinous rice flour ( appropriate amount ) | White sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make sesame pumpkin cake
1.Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam for 15 minutes

2.After steaming, press it into a puree with a spoon while it is hot

3. Let it sit hot for 3 hours Spoon sugar and mix well

4.Put in an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour, don’t put too much first, check whether it is dry or wet Slowly add it after the consistency (I put in three tablespoons first, and then added two tablespoons later)

Tips
Don’t put too much glutinous rice flour first, add not enough later to avoid affecting the taste
