Pumpkin ( 250g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 250g span> ) |
Plain flour ( 50g ) | Sugar (appropriate amount) |
How to fry pumpkin cake

1.Prepare the materials first, steam and press the pumpkin into puree

2.While the pumpkin is still hot, add the sugar and mix well.

3. Then add flour and form a dough.

4. Just knead the dough until it is not sticky to your hands and not to the pot.

5. Then divide the dough into small pieces and knead them into rounds.

6.Put the small dough into the cake mold and press it into a cake shape.

7. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes and it will be cooked

8.Wait until the pumpkin cake is cool, then take it to the pot and fry it over low heat.
Tips
When adding glutinous rice flour, add a little plain flour so that the pumpkin cake will not taste so sticky.
