How to make pork, chive and scallion pancakes

1. 110 grams of flour are heated in water and mixed into a dough , add 40 grams of flour, 30 grams of vegetable oil, a small amount of salt and pepper powder and mix into a puff pastry.Let sit for 30 minutes.
