10. Preheat the oven in advance, with upper and lower heat at 180℃ Bake for 25 minutes

Tips
The water for oily skin is based on the flour If it's dry, add more or less, and if you don't pinch the mouth tightly when filling, the filling will leak out when baking.When cutting the dough, you need to make deeper cuts.Mine was not deep enough, and there were no cracks when baking.The temperature of the oven depends on your temperament
