How to make fish head cakes
1. First wash the fish heads, ginger, onions and garlic that you need, and prepare the flatbread.

2.I used fat-headed fish and cut the fish head in half.I only did Half of the fish head.

3.Slice green onions, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

4. Just cut the cake into rectangular pieces, you can cut it according to your personal preference.

5. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic, then add pepper and star anise.

6.Put in the fish head, you can fry it and it will become more fragrant.

7.Add water to half the height of the fish head.

8. Then cover it and bring to a boil over high heat.Add cooking wine, flavored rice, five-spice powder, then turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

9.Finally take out the pan, put the fish on the plate, and pour the steamed fish with soy sauce , just heat a pot of hot oil and pour it on, you can make pancakes and eat them.
Tips
The fish head is better cooked if cut in half.If you like spicy food, you can also add some dried chili pepper.
