Pumpkin ( One pound ) | Red bean paste ( One pack ) |
Glutinous rice flour ( One Packaging ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin pie

1. Steam pumpkin slices, as shown in the picture

2.Add sugar to pumpkin and stir into puree, as shown in the picture

3.Pour the stirred pumpkin puree into the glutinous rice flour and knead evenly, as shown in the picture

4. Knead evenly and it’s done, as shown in the picture

5.Layered uniformly sized quarters

6.Pinch out a small bowl, add bean paste, and wrap into small cakes

7.Put the wrapped pumpkin cake into a frying pan with oil and fry until both sides are golden brown.Fry over low heat, don't be impatient.Fry until cooked

8.Fry it out of the pan and serve on a plate and enjoy
Tips
Pour the pumpkin puree while it is hot Add glutinous rice flour to make it easier to knead.If the glutinous rice flour cracks easily during the kneading process, you can take a small bowl and prepare some hot water.Pour some hot water into the palm of your hand and knead it to make it less likely to crack.
