How to make Steamed Horse Hoof Pork Patties

1.Peel the pork belly, soak the mushrooms in water until soft, peel and wash the water chestnuts.

2.Chop water chestnuts and shiitake mushrooms

3.After mincing the pork belly, add appropriate amount of salt, oil, oyster sauce, marinate and mix evenly.

4. Mince the water chestnuts, mushrooms and pork belly, mix well and place on a plate.

5. Boil water in a pot, put meat patties and steam for 10 minutes.

6.After steaming, add chopped green onion.
