7.Add salt to disperse

8.Cut chives

9.Heat oil in a pan

10.Pour in the egg liquid to fry the eggs p>

11.Add chopped green onion and stir, it will be particularly fragrant

14.The dough is fermented until it doubles in size.If you poke a hole with your hand and it does not shrink back, the fermentation is successful

15.Sprinkle flour on the chopping board, rub to exhaust, then cut in half

16. Roll out the dough separately, remember to be slightly thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges

17.Put in the stuffing and spread evenly

18.Put another piece of dough on top, pinch the edges with your hands, make sure they are firm

19.You can use toothpicks to tie the flowers, or you can omit them! I am relatively free

20. Preheat the electric pan and fry until both sides are golden brown! No oil brushing. What you eat is the crispy outer skin and the fragrant chive filling!

21. Cut and eat!
Tips
Be sure to dry the leeks after washing them, otherwise the dough will become "wet"! If you like meat, you can add minced meat, if you like spicy, you can add chili! It’s all in vain!
