How to make green pepper meatloaf

1.Put flour and baking powder into the basin and stir evenly, add water and form a dough.

2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap for 30 minutes and set aside.

3. Chop green peppers and green onions and set aside.

4.Put green pepper and green onion into a bowl, add salt, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir well and set aside.

5.Knead the proofed dough and cut it into uniform rounds.

6. Roll the dough into two thin crusts of the same size.

7. Spread the filling evenly on the cake, and cover it with another cake.Pinch and hold together.

8. Apply a layer of oil to the pan, add the cake and bake until golden brown.

9.Turn over and bake the other side until golden brown, turn off the heat and scoop out the cake and it is done.
Tips
Be sure to use warm water to make the dough easy to rise.It’s better to use an electric baking pan.
