Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 1 catty ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 400g ) |
Rice flour ( 200g ) | Sugar (appropriate amount) |
Wolfberry (appropriate amount) | Toothpick ( 1 ) |
How to make pumpkin pie

1.Wash the pumpkin , peel, remove seeds, cut into pieces, steam in boiling water for 15 minutes.

2. After the pumpkin is steamed, add sugar, press it with a spoon, and twist it into pumpkin water.

3. Glutinous rice flour ➕ sticky rice flour ➕ pumpkin water = kneading noodles
