How to make mini egg-filled pancakes

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture (I did not prepare diced ham sausage, I think it will be more delicious with diced ham sausage)

2.Put chopped green onion, salt, and pepper (ham cake cubes) into the dumpling wrapper
3.Put another piece of dumpling wrapper on it, use a fork to press out the lace, leave a small opening, put in the egg yolk, and press the opening tightly
