Ingredients
Broccoli ( 1 piece ) | Rice ( 1 bowl ) |
Onions ( 3 roots ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make broccoli fried rice

1.Wash rice, broccoli and green onions

2.Put cold water in the pot to boil, blanch the whole broccoli in the boiling water for 1 minute, remove and rinse with cold water

3.Use a knife to cut off the small flowers on the top

4.Then use a knife to chop slightly and mince the green onions

5.Heat a pot and add an appropriate amount of oil, turn on medium heat and stir-fry the chopped green onions until fragrant

6. Pour in the broccoli and stir-fry for a few times

7. Pour in the rice, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.Use a spatula to spread the rice and stir-fry

9.Wear disposable gloves, knead into a ball and serve on the table
Tips
You can put the rice in the microwave on high for 2 minutes , so that the rice will fall apart easily.
