How to make fried rice with colorful eggs

1.Prepare all the ingredients! I usually like to use pineapple instead of seasoned radish today!

2. Ham, green pepper, radish strips, mushrooms, all cut into small dices! The seasoned radish is cut a little less, you can increase it according to your personal needs!

3. Beat the eggs and add appropriate amount of salt and mix well!

4. Add oil to the pot and heat until 70% hot.Add egg liquid and stir-fry!

5. Stir-fry until golden brown, add rice and stir-fry!

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until the salt is fragrant, add the reserved ham, green pepper, mushrooms and radish dices!

7. Stir it a few times and it’s ready to go!

Tips
This dish is simple to make and easy to pair with other dishes.You can mix it with whatever dishes you like! I personally prefer to add some shiitake mushrooms, it tastes delicious!
