Ingredients
Rice (appropriate amount) | Carrot ( one ) |
Corn ( a ) | Onions ( One ) |
Tomatoes ( Half ) | Fresh Shrimp ( Moderate amount ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( Three ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |

1.Prepare the ingredients as shown below, clean and set aside

2.Peel corn, dice mushrooms, remove heads and peels from shrimps, cut green onions into sections, dice tomatoes, peel and dice carrots, as shown in the picture and set aside

3.Put oil in the pot, heat the oil, add shrimp, corn, and mushrooms, and fry for about three minutes

4.Add carrots, continue to stir-fry tomatoes, and add an appropriate amount of salt

5.After frying the ingredients, add rice, stir-fry evenly, stir-fry for about eight minutes, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce to season, add green onions and serve
