Rice ( A bowl ) | Carrot ( Half Root ) |

How to make egg fried rice

1. Prepare a bowl of rice, preferably overnight and refrigerated ( The fried rice has distinct grains), cut the carrots and green peppers into small cubes and set aside, and stir the eggs.

2. Heat the pot and add peanut oil.When the oil temperature is 50% hot, pour in the egg liquid and use chopsticks to Fry the eggs and set aside.

3. Rinse the pot and boil it dry.Add a spoonful of lard.When the oil temperature comes up, pour it in.Add diced carrots and stir-fry.
