How to make shrimp and egg fried rice
1.Use a little water to break up the overnight meal and put it in the refrigerator-

3.Peeled cooked shrimps

4. Beat the eggs and set aside, put the shrimps in the pan and fry them with oil, then add the eggs and fry them together

Tips
Shrimp, either raw or cooked.The reason why I add salt is that just adding soy sauce for color and flavor is not enough.So add salt or not according to personal requirements.Why add water to the rice? Because the overnight rice I used was not stored in the refrigerator, I added a little water to let it absorb, and the rice became soft and spread out.Remember not to have too much water, I have just enough.The rice stir-fried with water added to overnight rice is better than fresh rice and does not stick to the pan.Therefore, the fried rice has good color and distinct grains.Like it!
