Ingredients
Leftover black rice ( a bowl ) | Pork belly ( 50g ) |
Beans ( 50g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 30g ) |
Onions ( 10g ) | Ginger ( 10g ) |
| Garlic ( 10g ) | Cooking wine ( 5g ) |
Vida ( 10g ) | Salt ( 3g ) |
Sweet noodle sauce ( 5g ) |
How to make fried black rice with mushrooms, pork belly, beans and string beans

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown below and soak the mushrooms for about 1 hour

2.Cut the ingredients into cubes

3.Heat oil in a pan, add green onions, peanuts and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Put in Stir-fry the pork belly until it changes color and add sweet noodle sauce or bean paste

5.After coloring, add Stir-fry the beans for about 2 minutes

6.Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes

7.Add leftover rice

8. Stir-fry, add a little salt, cooking wine, flavored rice, stir-fry until the rice grains are clearly defined and then take it out~
