Canned tuna ( One can ) | Carrot ( Half Root ) |
Green Red pepper ( half of each ) | Onion ( half ) |
Seaweed ( a little ) | Overnight rice (appropriate amount) |
Spicy cabbage ( 100G ) | Potatoes ( Half ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
How to make spicy cabbage fried rice

1. Remove the oil from the canned tuna and pour it into a small bowl.Cut the spicy cabbage, carrots, green and red peppers, onions and potatoes into small dices and set aside;

2.Add the oil juice just controlled into the pot, heat it up and add in diced onions, diced carrots, green and red peppers, and diced potatoes and stir-fry

3.After the onions change color, add spicy cabbage and continue stir-frying;

4. When the spicy cabbage turns slightly white, add rice, stir-fry and add canned tuna, stir-fry until evenly distributed;

5.Add a little salt to taste according to your own taste, take it out on a plate and sprinkle with chopped nori for decoration.
