Ingredients
Rice (appropriate amount) | Ham ( one ) |
Dried tofu ( 2 pieces ) | Oil, salt, soy sauce and green onions (appropriate amount) |
How to make fried rice

1.Cut green onions, ham, and dried tofu and set aside

2.Put oil in the pan to completely defoaming.(I used vegetable oil, so there are bubbles.) Turn off the heat, wait until the oil cools down a little, add the cut ham and dried tofu, and stir-fry until slightly brown.

3.Add rice and stir-fry evenly,

4. After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly again, add chopped green onion and stir-fry a few times before serving

Tips
Stir-fry ham and tofu until slightly brown, add a little soy sauce, it will be very fragrant
