Ingredients
Pineapple ( 1 piece ) | South American shrimp ( 80g ) |
Leftover rice ( 300g ) | Oil, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) |
Minced green onions (appropriate amount) | Diced carrots, peas, corn kernels (appropriate amount) |
Recipe of Nanyang Pineapple Boat Fried Rice

1. Take out the South American prawns and defrost them in advance.

2.Peel off the shell and remove the shrimp lines.Marinate with salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce for fifteen minutes.
