Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Pepper ( a little ) |
White sugar ( Half teaspoon ) | Onions ( 2 roots ) |
How to make cucumber and ham fried rice

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Peel and wash cucumber, wash green onion, rice, ham and pickled beans.

2. Dice the cucumber, peel off the rind of the ham and dice again, and chop the green onions.

3. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add diced ham and pickled beans and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Use a spatula to shovel the diced ham and pickled beans aside, and pour them in (low heat) Use a spatula to break up the rice and stir-fry.

Tips
1.Use a non-stick pan to make fried rice.It does not stick to the pan and does not require a lot of oil.2.Chicken essence can be added according to personal taste.(Add eggs to stir-fry for better flavor).
