How to make amaranth garden fried rice

1.Wash the amaranth
2.Wash the rice (I only eat an eight-point rice measuring cup) (find a basin to put the rice washing water in)

3. Soak the washed amaranth in the rice washing water (to better wash away the pesticides on the amaranth). You can add some salt and soak it for ten minutes. Then rinse with water again

4. Prepare the ingredients (actually only three points were used in the end 1/4 carrot, 1 piece of dried tofu, 2 long beans) here is exposed corn (only about one-fifth of the corn is needed)

5. Cut the long beans, carrots, dried radish, dried beans, and mushrooms into small dices; peel the corn.

6.Hot oil and stir-fry amaranth in a hot pan

7. Stir fry and let the amaranth produce its juice

8.Add boiling water and bring to a boil

9. Boil one or two In minutes, the soup will turn pink

10.Pick up the amaranth and leave the soup Pour the juice into the washed rice and add an appropriate amount of water (cook the rice into distinct grains so that the fried rice will be fragrant and chewy)

11. Thumb thump thump...the rice is cooked (not the carmine pink color I want, I think the rice needs to be soaked in the cooked amaranth juice before cooking, so it is easy to stain ) (The rice at the bottom of the pot actually has some little powder)
