Ingredients
Leftover rice ( 100g ) | Egg ( 1 ) |

How to make golden egg fried rice

1. Prepare leftover rice, eggs, green onions, salt and other main ingredients.

2. Add a small amount of salt to the egg liquid and stir well.

3. Chop green onions and set aside.

4. Heat the lard in the pan.

5. Add a small amount of salt to the oil pan.

6.Put the rice into the oil pan and use a spatula to spread the rice in the pan.

Tips
Be sure to turn on low heat in steps 6 and 7, otherwise the rice and eggs will be fried; I used lard for fried rice this time, but of course you can use other cooking oils.Personally, I think lard fried rice is very fragrant.
