Egg fried rice Recipe

1.Cut green onions, chop garlic cloves, and green vegetables Chop finely.Eggs and rice set aside.

2. Crack the eggs into the rice bowl so that the rice is evenly coated with egg liquid.Add salt and five-spice powder and mix well.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, pour in the rice, and stir-fry.

4. Fry until the rice turns yellow.

6. Serve in a bowl.
Tips
I used the leftover rice from lunch at night and fried it until it was soft and fragrant.If you like it a little chewier, you can use overnight rice.It’s a good idea to add side dishes, sausage, green beans, corn, etc.to your liking.
