How to make Arctic sweet shrimp fried rice

1. Peel the Arctic sweet shrimps and add oil to the heads.Fry the shrimp oil in a pot over low heat

2. Remove the shrimp heads and add a little olive Oil, cut onions and carrots into small pieces, put them into the pot together with the peeled Arctic sweet shrimps and stir-fry for one minute, add rice and stir-fry
