Carrot ( Half root ) | Cucumber ( 1 root ) |
Ham sausage ( 1 piece ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |
Onion, ginger and garlic (a small amount) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
How to make fried rice with eggs

1. Prepare what you need Ingredients.

2. Cut cucumber, ham sausage and carrot into small dices respectively.

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

4. Add carrots and fry until medium cooked.

5.Add in diced ham and cucumber, stir-fry twice.

6. Move the vegetables to the side of the pot, and add the beaten egg liquid to the other side.Stir fry until cooked.

7. Add rice and stir-fry evenly.(I forgot to follow this step)

8. A bowl of nutritious and delicious egg fried rice is served.!
Tips
If you don't mind the trouble, you can fry the eggs in advance before adding them to the pot.
