Ingredients
Rice ( A bowl ) | Eggs ( Two ) |
Onions, garlic, green peppers, Carrots and cucumbers ( Total amount is about 150g ) | Oil, salt, MSG ( appropriate amount ) |
Assorted fried rice Recipe

1.Cut green onions.

2. Mince the garlic.

3. Dice the cucumber.

4. Dice the green pepper.

5. Dice the carrots.

6.Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the chopped green onion and stir evenly!

7.Put a wide amount of oil into a clean pot and turn on medium heat!

8. Pour in the egg liquid.

9. Divide and fry!

10. Add minced garlic, diced carrots, diced green peppers, diced cucumbers and salt and stir-fry !

11.Add the rice again, break up the rice with a spoon and stir-fry evenly!

12. Stir-fry for about five minutes and then add MSG and get ready to serve!

13. Take the pot out of the pot and put it into a bowl, flatten it with a spoon and press it firmly!

14. Finished product on plate! (Find a suitable plate and put it on top of the bowl filled with fried rice, hold both sides with both hands and flip it over so that the fried rice in the bowl is placed upside down on the plate)
